Xavier Ellis and Andrew Embley expressed their doubts in Fremantle’s ability to finish in the top 4 this AFL season via the Western Huddle.
While they acknowledged the team’s potential, they did not believe that it was enough to secure a spot in the top 4.
“I think there’s few other sides at the moment that I like probably more than Fremantle,” Xavier said on the Western Huddle.
“I think Nat Fyfe is the key…he’s a dangerous player inside there,” Embers added.
“If they can get 6-2 then they’re away,” Xav says.
Although Embers doubts the Dockers’ ability to reach the top of the ladder, he believes that they will have a successful start to the year.
“I think Luke Jackson is going to be a massive in for them, as is Jaeger O’meara.”
