Phil, the owner of Tighes Hill Cafe Praise Joe, was formerly a chef at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle!
He tells Tanya & Steve what it was like to cook for the royal family and which royal would frequently visit him in the kitchen to place secret food orders (because they were sick of all the fancy food).
