NRL Head of Football Graham Annesley was involved in a heated exchange on air after Triple M’s and leading journalist Ben Dobbin questioned the competition’s communications on the controversial hip drop saga.

Annesley addressed the hip drop saga and what constitutes that illegal tackle on Triple M’s Sunday Sin Bin, before things got heated live on air when Dobbin suggested players and fans were still “confused” over the crackdown.
“I can’t be responsible for peoples’ confusion, mate!” a heated Annesley said.
