Hunter woman Kathleen Folbigg has been behind bars for almost 20 years now, after being convicted of the deaths of her four young children.
A report about to be handed over to the NSW Governor however, could potentially see her released.
One of her closet friends Tracy Chapman tells Nick, Jess & Ducko that the DPP and the extension of the Commissioner, Judge Bathurst, have both said “there was reasonable doubt”.
Tracy says “it’s perplexing” to her that “the Attorney-General is still holding out and keeping her in prison”.
