It’s fair to say Merv Hughes has a special mind.
When he saw a paper bag floating across the MCG on Day 3 of the Boxing Day Test, he was originally dumbfounded by how it seemed to be going against the wind, and then dropped a gag so bad he ended up having to apologise to the listeners.
