Brian Lara On Making 400 And Breaking Garfield Sobers & Matthew Hayden’s Record

Brian Lara relived the time when he was breaking all sorts of records on Triple M Cricket!

Lara spoke about his experience breaking West Indies legend Garfield Sobers’ longstanding record of 375 in 1994, then later passing Matthew Hayden’s 380 in 2004.

The Prince said he rang Hayden at 2am from Jamaica to congratulate him for making 380 and surpassing his own record.

“Six months later we know what happened” 😂
