BILLY’S HORRENDOUS CIGARETTE JOKE:
Jim was extremely unimpressed.
“It’s a Monday thing.”
“You just find your worst joke and say well that’ll do for Monday.”
Bill tried to say that it’s just because they didn’t get it.
“That’s got a bit to it if you have a think about it, I know it went over your head.”
