Nick Riewoldt outlined his expectations for the year – and beyond – on Footy Talk.
Riewoldt’s position on the Saints centred around this year being an “educational” one after a number of years of under-par list management.
“They’re going to be paying the price for a number of years of ordinary recruiting decisions,” he explained.
“Some of those people are no longer at the football club. Clearly it was a flawed strategy that left them in no man’s land.”
