Joey Montagna Calls For Overhaul Of AFL List Management Rules

A lot of injuries to a lot of clubs early in the season, particularly to specific positions like the ruck role, brings us to the question – should clubs be able to sign anyone at any time if they’re in need?

“I think we should cut list sizes and have 35-36 players on your main list and that’s your main list only”

“…and then after that you can have your own supplementary list”
