Lachie Wales Roasts Aussie Footballer Cristian Volpato After Latest Socceroos Controversy

In the new episode of The Adam & Symon Show, the boys were joined by Olyroos superstar and former Melbourne City striker Lachie Wales, who had a crack at Cristian Volpato!

Cristian has copped a bit on social media after having a laugh about Australia losing, after he went over to Italy to play at Roma.

Volpato recently snubbed the Socceroos, with head coach Graham Arnold revealing he had asked Volpato to join the Socceroos camp – but said “he turned down the chance to play for Australia at the World Cup.”

We asked Lachie if he’s been following the drama surrounding Cristian and he served a pretty good burn.
