The family of convicted paedophile and former entertainer Rolf Harris have revealed the 93-year-old has died.
An official statement was released by Harris’s family asking the public to “respect their privacy”.
“This is to confirm that Rolf Harris recently died peacefully surrounded by family and friends and has now been laid to rest,” a family statement read.
“No further comment will be made.”
Harris is believed to have passed away from neck cancer as well as “fragility from old age”.
The former television presenter died at his Berkshire home on May 10.
Harris was charged back in 2013 with the indecent assault of several girls and young women between 1968 and 1986.
He was eventually convicted of 12 offences in London’s Southwark Crown Court and sentenced to five years and nine months in prison.
He was released in May of 2017.
