Over the weekend, a fan of The Weeknd managed to jump up on stage at his concert at Marvel Stadium and run towards the singer to give him a hug. While there are serious implications and we cannot condone these actions, Fifi, Fev and Nick caught up with offender Johnson Wen and he revealed why he did it and that it isn’t his first time invading the stage.

When asked why he continues to do this dangerous act, Johnson revealed ‘I get a rush from it. The day before if I haven’t had a good sleep, on the day I have to run on the stadium I literally feel like I’m flying towards the sky… I know I’m going to get bruised up… I already expected it. I’m literally the best pitch or space invader in the world’.
When he’s been told by others that he should stop, he said ‘no way’. Callers to the show vented their frustration to Johnson saying they would have been furious had the concert stopped due to his actions, to which he responded, ‘I’m next level’.
Johnson revealed it’s likely he will receive a lifetime ban and fines up to $10,000.
