Many children in South Australia go to school hungry every day. With KickStart For Kids, over 60,000 breakfasts are delivered across 360 schools.
Speaking with Founder Ian Steele about the need for support in regional South Australia, Bec and Soda pitch him a BUN-believable idea.
Ian recognises the disparity for children in different socio-economic areas and was inspired to start the breakfast programs out of the back of his ute.
“Why should kids do it tough, just because of the postcode they live in?” Ian said.
There is so much poverty out there, it’ll make you cry when you see it.”
Bec & Soda are excited to raise as much money with their ‘buns’ as they can alongside two great Aussie brands, Romeos Foodland and Balfours.
