You may have come across Jordy on Tiktok (@itsjordysworld) where she very openly shares the details of her life with a chronic illness and living with an ostomy bag.
At age 9, Jordy was diagnosed with a rare case of Crohn’s disease – an incurable chronic inflammatory bowel condition where her body attacks her own digestive system. Only a few months ago, she was fighting for her life in the process of a stem cell transplant, but after a successful surgery (and the first of its kind in Australia) she is now thriving and things are looking up for the 25 year old.
