Finance Expert Jason from Gold Coast business Mortgage Innovations joins Flan, Ali and Spida to give the best advice for anyone with a mortgage and how they can tackle the rate rises.
Jason says, “we need to keep the banks honest and its definitely worthwhile if you can get a better rate”. To simply the process he says the first step is to speak to your bank and ask them what they can really do for you whether it’s lowering your interest rate or changing those hidden bank charges.
“There’s several lenders out there right now offering cashback of 3 to 4 thousand dollars to switch banks”
