It’s common for us to come across a speed bump along our road to happiness, which slows us down and can ultimately be demotivating. 

This speedbump isn’t limited to work and can also appear at home or with family and friends. 

Don’t be alarmed, this is normal and there are a number of ways for you to pull yourself out of the slump.

Just some of Sarah’s effective approaches to remotivating yourself include setting goals and making smaller changes to your life which will make a bigger impact down the line. 

“Set clear goals. Taking the time to map out some goals for yourself, whether basic or detailed, is one of the best, most effective ways to gain some sense of motivation immediately,” she said.
