Melbourne captain Max Gawn opened up on the recent reports surrounding Melbourne on Triple M’s Marty Sheargold Show this morning.
Gawn said he he had no idea of the reported activity due to the player/doctor confidentiality.
“I know nothing about this secondary testing. It hasn’t come across my desk at all.”
“I didn’t know you could do it, I didn’t know players were doing it.”
“And that’s where I was initially angry. But looking through the policy and what they are actually trying to do, they are trying to help the welfare of the player.”
