Tanya & Steve recently received a heartbreaking email from one of their listeners, about a young Raymond Terrace family going through some tough times.
11 year old Logan and 14 year old Jordan are brothers who both suffer from chronic intestinal failure, which takes a huge toll on both them and their families.
Tanya & Steve of course wanted to help them out, so organised some special goodies to help brighten their days and give the family a much needed breather.
They give them a call to surprise them with the good news!
