Leigh Montagna has picked out Carlton’s biggest deficiency in their pursuit of a first flag in nearly 30 years on today’s Midweek Rub.
JOEY ON CARLTON’S BIGGEST PREMIERSHIP DEFICIENCY:
“I think they’re still 15th or 14th in the competition,” Joey said on the Midweek Rub.
“That hasn’t won a premiership for any team since they’ve been keeping stats I don’t think.
“They’ve gotta tighten that up, and they’ve got five more weeks to get it right.”

Joey said it was a “strange” dichotomy for the Blues, with two sides of their game at complete odds.
“System wise, they’re elite,” he said.
“Off turnover they’re the best in the competition, but at stoppage they’re the worst.
“That almost points to individually… too often they just don’t get it done.”
