Some whispers are going around the Gold Coast that AFL legend Spida Everitt is taking on a new project… and it has nothing to do with sport!
He is entering the cake competition at the Mudgeeraba show on the Gold Coast. Mel the president of the Mudgeeraba Show calls into Triple M’s Flan, Ali and Spida to make sure everything is “above board”.
Spida assures Mel saying, “I am cooking this 100% on my own, I am not allowing anyone to touch any of the ingredients”.
The breakfast team wants to make sure Spida doesn’t get disqualified as there are many rules in the competitions including “your cake needs to be 20cm’s exactly, if it’s 19 or 21 that could deserve a disqualification”.
“The judge can look at your cake and not like the colour of your cake”
