‘Not Up To Standard’: Millie Boyle’s Honest Admission As Blues Drop Game I

Superstar prop Millie Boyle says the Blues’ performance wasn’t up to Origin standard after going down 18-10 at the hands of the Maroons in the Women’s State of Origin opener.

The Blues on Thursday night trailed for most of the contest, with life made extra tough as a 62 per cent completion rate and 45 per cent possession total starved New South Wales of a potent attack.

“The contest was there, but way too many drop balls and not enough completions,” Boyle told Triple M after the match.
