Multiple Clubs Chasing Knights Tyson Frizell, Says Brent Read

Leading NRL journalist Brent Read has revealed Tyson Frizell is in the middle of a tug-of-war, with multiple clubs looking to lure the Knights star.

Frizell, 31, has been offered a two-year extension to remain in Newcastle according to Read.

But with the Wests Tigers and now a new NRL rival entering the contract talks for the Origin and former Test star, Read revealed just what’s going on behind the scenes as Frizell weighs up his future.

“He’s a man in demand,” Read said on Triple M’s Saturday Scrum.
