Leading NRL journalist Brent Read believes Parramatta should look at giving out-of-favour Tiger Daine Laurie an opportunity, with the club looking to part ways with the young fullback.

Read argued Laurie, 23, would give the Eels some much-needed depth after the club allowed young gun playmaker Jakob Arthur to move to Manly last month.
“Don’t be surprised to see Daine Laurie potentially moved before the [mid-season] cut-off date,” Read said on Triple M’s Monday Scrum.
