Since being diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year, Abbie Chatfield has been very open about her experience with the disorder and learning more about its subtypes, primary symptoms and misconceptions.
Now, in a recent episode of It’s A Lot, Abbie has given her listeners a very exciting update regarding the impact of her medication and how she has “graduated from therapy.”
“Now I can see things rationally,” she said.
“I think that you being on medication hasn’t like fixed your anxiety, but it’s made the threshold higher for what you can handle,” Abbie was told by her therapist.
