Todd Carney on Footy Talk’s Half-Time earmarked his key battles for State of Origin 2.

Carney has earmarked an important matchup between Queensland Maroons x-factor Harry Grant and NSW Blues debutant Connor Watson as both will be aiming to provide spark for their sides off the bench.
“The challenge for both of them is, who can open the game up,” said Carney.
“That’s what they are.
“Watson’s got to get up the field like NSW like they did in Game 1 but they couldn’t ice the moment.
“Connor can come on and break the field apart, break the game open.”
