Festival gates were closed multiple times amid persistent storms and lightning threats, prompting urgent safety advisories such as “don’t drive” and “shelter in place.”

In a particularly alarming incident, an attendee was electrocuted after stepping into a puddle amid the flooded conditions and was airlifted to a trauma centre.

Despite the challenges, the event is continuing, with livestreams and daily updates being shared online.
