The Altona tobacco store that was the target of a suspicious fire on Thursday has gone up in flames a second day in a row.
Police were alerted just before 5am on Friday to the fire at Free Choice Tobacconist on Pier Street, where another crime scene was established.

Footage has emerged of a burnt-out vehicle which appeared to reverse through the store’s front.
It’s believed the vehicle caught fire inside the store after crashing into it, causing major damage.
On Thursday, Taskforce Lunar detectives were called to the tobacconist after it received minimal damage from a blaze.
Thursday’s attack is being treated as targeted and suspicious, as detectives determine if it is related to a series of arson attacks on Melbourne tobacconists in recent months.
