Lucy wrote the book Resilient Grieving, following the devastating loss of her daughter Abi in a road accident. In this deeply heartfelt interview Lucy and Sarah discuss fostering resilience to endure life’s greatest challenges and daily struggles, managing moments of adversity, finding meaning in loss, fostering resilience in children so they’re prepared for the up’s and down’s of life and the importance of listening to the heart.
