‘What does it really take to make a relationship last?’ with Jillian Turecki

This week on A Life Of Greatness, Sarah Grynberg sits down with Jillian Turecki, renowned relationship coach, teacher, and author of It Begins With You to explore the key elements in creating meaningful, lasting relationships.

They dive into some of the most pressing relationship questions: How do you know if someone just isn’t that into you? Why do people cheat, and what does it truly mean? What’s the crucial difference between love and lust—and why does understanding it matter?

On the topic of how to break unhealthy patterns in relationships, Jillian emphasised the importance of self reflection.

“Know what your pattern is and recognise that it can be broken”.

“You have to take some responsibility for the choices you have made, only then you can break the pattern. We can’t break a pattern without first owning it”. Jillian continued.

Listen now to hear Jillian share practical strategies for breaking unhealthy patterns, strengthening emotional clarity, and building connections that stand the test of time.
