Triple M’s Aaron Woods & Beau Ryan have weighed-in on the NRL’s rule changes ahead of the 2025 NRL season.
LISTEN BELOW:
In a memo sent to all 17 clubs this week, the NRL has told clubs, referees will begin a crackdown on; messy play-the-balls, players taking dives to get obstruction calls & players breaking 10m offside rule.
In addition, this year’s pre-season trials will also feature a new concussion rule in which players could sent to the sin bin up to 15 minutes after committing a high tackle IF the player is ruled out of the game.
The view is to then bring this new concussion rule full-time in the NRL from 2026.
