GWS Giant Tom Green joined Xav and Michelle for Breakfast to address rumours about him being Xavier Ellis’ son, which were jokingly discussed on the show yesterday.
LISTEN:
“Look up Tom Green from the GWS Giants and tell me that it’s not Xav’s illegitimate son,” Ryan Daniels said yesterday on Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.
Fast forward to today, Tom Green joins the show and Xav mentions the frequent comments he receives speculating that Tom could be his son.
“When you play a good game of footy, my dms on social media would be in excess of fifty comments about, maybe, you being a young offspring of mine.”
Tom expressed that he feels flattered.
“I take it as a great honour actually…it’s probably only right we do this ancestry DNA test.”
“I’m sure, you know, travelling with footy…who knows what could happen.”
He also goes on to talk about round 1, his upcoming match against the West Coast Eagles and reviews the recent GQ magazine featuring his captain Toby Green.
