Liam Duggan took charge as captain for the Eagles on Friday, but his impactful pump up speech fell on deaf ears as most players couldn’t catch his softly spoken words via Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.

“It was a big honour, like I said, to lead the club out,” Liam said on Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.
“On Saturday when we all caught up, about ten blokes told me that they couldn’t actually hear what I said and they just broke away when everyone else broke away.”
