Liam Duggan has some advice for fellow Victorian and number 1 draft pick Harley Reid about the prospect of heading to the West Coast Eagles via Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.

“The locker room chat is he’s a bloody good player…he’s probably proven he’s the number 1 draft pick for a reason,” Liam said on Xav and Michelle for Breakfast.
“The original feeling of just joy and, yeah, excitement to get over here, being drafted…within a week or two I’d really settled in and loved it and was looking to re-sign by Christmas time.”
“The thing that sticks out for me is probably the way that we look after our interstate players…we back ourselves in to hold onto them because we think we’ve got a really good system in place.”
