West Coast co-captain Liam Duggan has taken Xav & Michelle inside his horror concussion incident in the loss to North Melbourne last weekend.
LIAM DUGGAN ON HIS HORROR CONCUSSION:
“It was certainly a scary moment for the family and for (fiancée) Lauren,” Duggo said.
“Unfortunately Lauren wasn’t at the game, so she was getting all the updates via the phone.
“The club have looked after me really well, and thankfully i’m not sort of suffering any of those lingering symptoms at the moment.”
MORE ON WEST COAST:
Duggan said there is a period of time from the game that he simply doesn’t remember.
“There’s a little period there that’s probably control + alt + delete,” Duggo admitted.
“I don’t remember much until I got down to the change rooms… once I got back down to the rooms I started to piece it together a little bit.
“I spent a bit of time on the bed getting my lip stitched up… that gave me a bit of time to get with it again.”
MORE FROM TRIPLE M FOOTY:
Duggan was knocked out in an unlucky head clash with teammate Jack Hutchinson in the fourth quarter.

In a small silver lining for Duggan, the Eagles’ bye this weekend means he is unlikely to miss a game for West Coast.
His mandatory 12 day exclusion period for concussion expires two days before West Coast’s next game against Essendon on the 23rd of June.
