Daisy Thomas has defended Tim Taranto’s start to his career at Richmond after Kane Cornes claimed the midfielder wasn’t in the best 150 players in the competition.

“At the minute he’d be leading Richmond’s best and fairest quite comfortably.
“They’re not getting him for his class… you’re going to get a player that puts his head in the trough.
