Things got very heated on the Midweek Rub this afternoon.
Leigh Montagna & Damian Barrett butted heads over Sydney captain Callum Mills suffering a serious shoulder injury during the Swans Mad Monday celebrations.

Mills will be racing the clock to be available for Round 1 after hurting his shoulder in a friendly wrestle with a teammate.
Barrett went as far to say that Mills should be stripped of his captaincy, while Joey believes you can’t punish players for an accident.
“It’s not acceptable, it’s not good enough particularly for a leader of the club to find himself in this situation,” Barrett said.
“What’s not acceptable – Having a muck around wrestle with a mate… It’s not deliberate and accidents happen,” Montagna rebutted.
“I’d be taking the captaincy off him too. What kind of leadership is this?,” Barrett continued.
Dale Thomas sided with Joey, staying his character shouldn’t be questioned after an accident.
“It shouldn’t be a character assassination after the fact. He stuffed up, he’s the captain. Yes. But does it need to be a pile on,” Thomas said.
