The Brownlow Medal might be the AFL’s biggest night, but Greg “Marto” Martin isn’t sold on how it’s decided, with the Gold Coast Sun’s Matt Rowell beating favourite Nick Daicos last night.
Triple M Breakfast with Marto, Margaux and Dan’s Greg ‘Marto’ Martin however has called out the voting process, calling “it’s ridiculous”.
With umpires running up to 20km per game before handing out votes and having to vote before they are even allowed to check the stats, Marto asked, “… how is that a way to vote?”
