How To Protect Your Kids Against Seeing Violent Content Online

With most kids having access to phones these days, unfortunately it’s a lot easier for kids to encounter inappropriate content, including pornographic material that frequently depicts violence against women.

Tech Expert Trevor Long joined Triple M’s Breakfast with Marto, Margaux and Dan this morning to give parents tips on how they can protect their children from being exposed to dangerous content, and how to foster an open dialogue with them about these issues.

“The Government can’t do anything unfortunately. They can’t change what exists on the internet. The internet is free and open, and always will be.”

“The number one thing that you’ve got to do is have a rule about it” said Trevor.
