Kangaroos Coach Mal Meninga has named his Kangaroos squad for the 2023 Pacific Championships, but has raised eyebrows for including Valentine Holmes, who recently faced NRL Integrity Unit scrutiny due to a white powder bag incident.
Holmes was been fined and suspended for one match for the incident, which he’ll now serve out with the Kangaroos.
