Newcastle mums Carly and Tresne (from MKR) sadly lost their beautiful 20-month-old daughter Poppy Grace last month, after her long battle with leukaemia.
Tanya & Steve, like many Novocastrians, have been following their heartbreaking journey and wanted to check in with them to see how they’re doing.
In true Carly and Tresne style, they’re already talking about how Poppy Grace has inspired them to give back to the cancer community they so unjustly became a part of.
What incredible mums, to an incredible little girl.
