Carly and Tresne, a Newcastle couple who recently lost their daughter Poppy Grace to leukemia, urge everyone to donate blood with Lifeblood tomorrow (June 2nd), which would have been her 2nd birthday via Tanya & Steve for Breakfast.
“There was no point where she wasn’t living her life to the fullest, so we’re just living for her now…make a difference in her honour.” Carly and Tresne said.
“It’s ridiculous how much the cancer kids use blood and cancer patients in general…it’ll blow your mind.”
“We’re at the lowest stores that we’ve had all year.”
“If you can donate blood, please do. It doesn’t have to be tomorrow, but if you are around tomorrow, there is 36 places still in Newcastle.”
You can donate in Poppy Grace’s memory here.
