Joel Selwood joined the Rush Hour with JB & Billy to chat about his new book ‘All In’, and he gave us some brilliant insight into his footy career along the way.

“Pendles and Bont were tough, because they were so big and the decision-making on both of them and skill level was not something you should get out of a 6’3, 6’4 player,” Selwood said.
“You’re coming up against Brett Kirk, the ones who don’t let you breathe. They were tough because every time you got the ball you hit the deck.”
