Adelaide legend Tex Walker opened up on the extent of the back injury that forced him out of the loss to Hawthorn on Roo, Ditts & Loz for Breakfast this morning.
“It’s nowhere near as bad as last time,” Tex said.
“Just come in at half time and it really locked up and spasmed on me.
“So yeah, didn’t have much movement at half time, so we decided to sub me out and sub ‘Bez’ (Sam Berry) in.”

Tex said he’s on the mend, and may play against Richmond this Thursday.
“It’s improved, in the last 46 hours… nearly 72 hours, it’s improved heaps,” he said.
“So we’ll have a run around today, and see how it pulls up ahead of Thursday night.”
Tex also discussed the review of the Crows’ loss to Hawthorn, the injuries to Jordan Dawson and Matt Crouch, and more.
