Joey Montagna and Daisy Thomas have paid tribute to Trent Cotchin ahead of game 300 on Saturday night, branding him an “icon of the Richmond footy club”.
“Three-time premiership captain, 300 games now,” Joey Montagna said.
“[He] Deserves all the accolades he gets.
Daisy pointed to what Cotchin has done in shaping the culture of the Tigers, and what it means to be a ‘Richmond person’.
“Dusty Martin, almost being a best mate/father figure [to him] at times.”
