However, at 10am today a Gold Coast suburb Couran Cove on South Stradbroke Island will have all services cut by the state government indefinitely. It’s been a tangled web that’s led to skyrocketing debt of $25 million strata. Undeveloped land has been racking up service fees that are now falling on multiple body corporates.
