North Avoca Surf Life Saving Club is rowing the distance for mental fitness on the 27th and 28th of September after partnering with The Gotcha4Life Foundation’s annual 24 Hour Row fundraiser. Proudly Supported by the Coast’s own 107.7 Triple M.
The 24 hour row event aims to raise money to build mental fitness in the community and work towards a suicide-free future. Find out more at 24hourrow.com.au
NASLSC will be setting up our rowing machines at their club with teams collectively rowing for 24 hours. You can you show your support by jumping online and sponsoring the team or individual rowers. Funds raised support Gotcha4 life initiatives such as the various mental health workshops and training to inspire and enable Australians to take action and build their mental fitness.
This year’s fundraising goal is $500,000 will give 10,000 more Australians the chance to attend a life-changing Gotcha4Life mental fitness program.
