Coaching legend and leader of the Australian Boomers heading into the Paris Olympics Brian Goorjian joined Mark Howie on the Howie Games, making a stunning admission about his acceptance of the top job in Aussie basketball.
GOORJIAN’S STUNNING ADMISSION:
“I came back to the Boomers this time, I did not want this job,” Goorj told Howie.
“With this group, those guys knew me and trusted me.
“Ive done it in Japan and I’ve done it in China where I can’t speak the language… If you’re not competent and they know right away, you got no shot.
“If there’s a sign of weakness, they’ll walk all over ya.”
