Speaking on The Rush Hour with Gus, Jude & Wendell, reports state that Ryles is struggling to accept a job at a club without a general manager of football and a head of recruitment that he can accept working with.
‘I had no doubt that was going to be a problem,’ Wendell Sailor said worryingly.
‘I saw this numerous of times, even when I was at the club.
‘The structure at the club, the Dragons continuously have this problem.
‘They need to put these into place.’
The Big Dell even looked at the one of the club’s biggest rivals as a blueprint that Saints need to follow.
‘For rookie coaches going in there needs to be a lot of things fixed up.
‘You’re not setting yourself up to fail but you’re pushing you know what up hill.
‘Like Cameron Ciraldo, you can tell it’s a work in progress, but you can see there’s improvements at the Bulldogs.
‘This is what it has to be like for Jason Ryles to take that job.’
