League legend Steve Roach says he hopes Blues coach Brad Fittler sticks with Jarome Luai in the halves despite calls for Cronulla’s Nicho Hynes to be given the starting nod.

Roach believes coach Fittler should avoid the temptation of selecting the reigning Dally M Medal winner in Hynes, explaining why Game 1 is too crucial of a match to take any risks.
“He’s untried in that arena,” Roach said on Triple M’s Sunday Sin Bin.
