On Tuesday it was revealed Bateman will join Warrington on loan for the rest of the 2024 season.
The English international is then expected to see out the remaining two years of his contract at the Tigers from 2025.
The Tigers are expected to save around $150,000 in their salary cap as CEO Shane Richardson looks to rebuild the roster at the club.
